Nguyên tắc phân loại vải thun và thiết kế áo thun

Áo thun hay còn gọi là áo phông là một loại trang phục rất phổ biến được mặc bởi cả nam lẫn nữ, tiếng anh của áo thun là T – shirt tức là loại áo có hình chữ T, đây là cách gọi theo hình dáng đặc trưng của áo thun. Áo thun thông dụng nhất là loại áo thun cổ điển với tay ngắn và cổ tròn, khác với áo sơ mi thường có cổ bẻ và tay dài. Thông thường áo thun là được may bằng các loại vải cotton khác với áo sơ mi thường được may bằng các loại vải dệt thoi như kaki hay kate. Hiện nay áo thun là một sản phẩm được sản xuất đại trà với những dây chuyền tự động hóa cao cho ra rất nhiều sản phẩm cùng lúc.

Sự co giãn

Đây là tiêu chí rất quan trọng quyết định đến mục đích lựa chọn loại vải sao cho phù hợp với tính chất công việc của người mặc. Vải thun hiện nay được chia ra 2 kiểu co giãn đó là vải thun 4 chiều và vải thun 2 chiều.

– Vải thun 4 chiều:
Đây là loại vải co giãn được theo cả 4 theo chiều. Thun 4 chiều khi bạn dùng lực kéo vải thun theo chiều ngang và chiều dọc thì vải đều co giãn được. Vải co giãn 4 chiều là loại vải có mức độ co giãn đàn hồi tốt nhất do đó sẽ tạo cảm giác thoải mái hơn cho người mặc trong quá trình lao động và vui chơi. Đương nhiên thì vải thun 4 chiều sẽ có giá thành cao hơn vải co giãn 2 chiều khoảng 15.000-30.000đ/ kí vải.

– Vải thun 2 chiều:
Loại vải này chỉ co giãn được theo chiều ngang hoặc chiều dọc, thường là chiều ngang hơn là chiều dọc. Mức độ đàn hồi và co giãn của loại vải thun 2 chiều đương nhiên là thấp hơn so với loại vải thun 4 chiều do đó nó không mang lại cảm giác thoải mái cho người mặc bằng loại vải 4 chiều. Tất nhiên là giá thành của nó cũng thấp hơn loại vải thun 4 chiều khá nhiều như đã đề cập ở trên.

Tỉ lệ phần trăm sợi cotton và PE
Đây là tiêu chí rất quan trọng khi xét đến độ bền và mức độ thoáng mát chất vải. Vải thun hiện nay là loại vải được cấu thành từ 2 thành phần chính đó là sợi cotton (hay còn gọi là sợi bông thiên nhiên) và sợi PE (sợi vải tổng hợp polyester có nguồn gốc từ than đá và dầu mỏ). Vải càng có nhiều thành phần là cotton thì càng thấm hút mồ hôi tốt và sẽ mang lại cảm giác thoáng mát khi mặc. Vải có thành phần PE cao thì sẽ không thấm hút mồ hôi tốt do đó khi mặc sẽ không được mát như vải có thành phần cotton cao. Vải có thành phần cotton càng cao thì chất vải càng mềm, dễ bị nhăn, bề mặt vải không bóng láng. Vải có thành phần PE cao thì ngược lại. Nếu nhân viên công ty là người hoạt động ngoài trời hoặc thường làm những công việc vận động mạnh thì không nên lựa chọn vải có thành phần PE cao để may áo. Hiện nay tại thị trường Việt Nam, vải thun xét theo tỉ lệ phần trăm cotton và PE được chi làm 4 loại chính là:

– Vải thun 100% cotton:
Thành phần vải có 100% chất liệu là sợi bông tư nhiên.

+ Ưu điểm: Là loại vải mềm mịn, hút ẩm, thấm mồ hôi, giảm nhiệt rất tốt nên mang lại sự thoải mái, thoáng mát cho người mặc. Rất thích hợp để may đồng phục cho những nhân viên thường phải hoạt động mạnh hay làm việc ngoài trời.
+ Nhược điểm: Loại vải này có mức giá cao nhất so với các loại vải khác(sản phẩm có phần trăm cotton càng cao thì giá thành càng cao), là loại vải dễ bị nhăn, form vải không được cứng cáp, thường co rút nhiều trong lần giặt đầu, chất vải khô, độ bền kém hơn các loại vải có pha sợi nilon(PE) như vải cotton 65/35 hoặc cotton 35/65.

– Vải thun 65/35 (Vải Tixi):
Thành phần vải có 65% là sợi cotton và 35% là sợi PE.

+ Ưu điểm: Có độ hút ẩm khá tốt do có thành phần sợ cotton khá cao, form vải cứng cáp hơn, ít bị nhăn hơn, có độ bền cao hơn và giá thành thấp hơn so với vải thun 100% cotton.
+ Nhược điểm: Cảm giác thoáng mát kém hơn vải thun 100% cotton nhưng không đáng kể.

– Vải thun 35/65 (Vải CVC):
Thành phần vải có 35% là sợi cotton, 65% là sợi PE.

+ Ưu điểm: Vải có độ bền cao, hầu như không nhăn và giá thành khá thấp.
+ Nhược điểm: Do tỉ lệ cotton thấp và PE cao nên độ hút ẩm và độ thấm hút mồ hôi kém hơn so với 2 kiểu vải ở trên, vải mặc khá nóng nếu người mặc phải lao động mạnh hoặc làm việc ngoài trời.

– Vải thun PE:
Thành phần vải 100% là sợi PE.

+ Ưu điểm: Vải có form cứng cáp, không nhăn, đồ bền rất cao, giá thành thấp nhất trong 4 loại vải trên. Vì là loại vải có giá thành mềm nhất và có độ bền cao nên được khá nhiều khách hàng chọn lựa.
+ Nhược điểm: Không thấm hút mồ hôi nên mang lại cảm giác nóng ẩm, không thoải mái cho người mặc.

Kiểu dệt vải

Đây là một tiêu chí rất quan trọng để phân loại vải thun và cũng là yếu tố quyết định đến bề mặt bên ngoài của loại vải. Tùy theo kiểu dệt mà những sợi vải sẽ tạo nền những bề mặt vải khác nhau. Trong đó vải thun cơ bản nhất là kiểu dệt Single (vải thun trơn), dệt kiểu cá sấu và dệt kiểu cá mập. Ngoài ra còn có những kiểu dệt khác như : dệt kiểu da cá, dệt kiểu mè (vải thun mè). Dựa vào mắt thường khi xem xét kĩ ta hoàn toàn có thể phân biệt được 3 loại vải thun được dệt bởi 3 kiểu dệt khác nhau đó là vải thun trơn, vải thun may áo polo (vải cá sấu, vải cá mập) và vải thun lạnh.

– Vải thun trơn:
Được dệt bằng kiểu dệt Single, tạo ra 1 mặt trái và 1 mặt phải. Đây là loại vải thun rẻ tiền và phổ biến nhất trên thị trường, có thể may được nhiều kiểu áo thun khác nhau như áo thun cổ tròn, áo thun cổ tim, áo thun cổ trụ, áo thun raglan. Đây là loại vải nhẹ, có bề mặt láng mịn do nó là kiểu vải được dệt theo phương pháp mà các sợi vải sát nhau theo 1 chiều (kiểu dệt Single).

– Vải thun may áo polo:
Có 2 loại vải trong nhóm này đó là vải thun cá sấu và vải thun cá mập, cả 2 loại vải thuộc nhóm này đều chỉ thích hợp dùng để may áo thun cổ trụ hay còn gọi là áo thun cổ bẻ, áo thun polo. Người ta không dùng nó để may áo thun cổ tròn, cổ tim hoặc áo thun raglan.

+ Vải thun cá sấu: Loại vải này mắt lưới dệt to hơn vải thun trơn( lỗ lưới đan dệt to hơn) đan nhau như những xích và có độ nhám chứ không láng mịn như thun trơn. Xuất hiện đầu tiên tại Pháp năm 1933 , là loại vải được dùng để may các loại áo thun của hãng thời trang danh tiếng Lacoste có biểu tượng là hình con cá sấu nên được gọi thông dụng là vải thun cá sấu. Hiện nay đây là loại vải thông dụng nhất dùng để may áo đồng phục công ty tại Việt Nam.

+ Vải thun cá mập: Kiểu dệt kim giống như vải thun cá sấu nhưng có mắt lưới vải to hơn nên bề mặt vải không mịn bằng vải cá sấu, chất vải thô hơn, cứng hơn và nhám hơn, độ co giãn cũng kém hơn. Vải có giá thành thấp hơn vải thun cá sấu một chút.

– Vải thun lạnh:
Là loại vải có thành phần 100% là sợi PE. Bề mặt vải bóng láng, co dãn rất ít, không nhăn, không có lông vải (không bao giờ xù lông) . Vải mè cũng là 1 loại thun lạnh, có hạt giống như hạt mè trên mặt vải. Vải có giá thành thấp nhất nên thường được nhiều khách hàng chọn lựa.

Nguyên tắc thiết kế áo thun

Thiết kế áo thun đồng phục nói khó thì không khó nhưng nói dễ thì cũng không phải. Áo thun đồng phục phải được thiết kế rất khác so với áo thun thời trang, điểm khác biệt lớn nhất đó là hình ảnh định vị trung tâm của chiếc áo thun đồng phục phải thể hiện được tinh thần và giá trị của tập thể sử dụng nó. Nhóm vải kết hợp giữa sợi tự nhiên và sợi nhân tạo
Để có thể tối ưu được giá cả, ưu điểm của cả 2 loại người ta đã nghiên cứu và kết hợp chúng lại với nhau. Hiện nay có 2 loại vải trên thị trường đang sử dụng chất vải này là:

Vải CVC 65/35: Loại này có hàm lượng sợi cotton cao hơn nên mang nhiều ưu điểm của các sợi bông tự nhiên như khả năng thấm hút, co giãn, mềm mịn bên cạnh đó cũng khá mượt và bóng vì có một lượng vừa phải sợi tổng hợp.

Vải TC 35/65: Cũng gần như tương tự với CVC nhưng vải Tici lại có thành phần sợi bông ít hơn và vậy đa phần vải mang đặc điểm của sợi nhân tạo là mượt, bóng, không bị xù lông ngoài ra cũng có khả năng co giãn, thấm hút tương đối.
